  3. Hold the band close to the center of your chest. Squeeze your shoulder blades together.
  4. Press the band straight out in front of you. The band will try to pull your torso toward the post.

  1. Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor. Imagine a clock face resting on your lower stomach.
  2. Twelve o'clock is at your belly button. Six o'clock is at your pubic bone. Three and nine o'clock are on your hip bones.
  3. Tilt your pelvis back to press your lower back into the floor. This moves your pelvis toward twelve o'clock.
  4. Tilt your pelvis forward to arch your lower back. This moves your pelvis toward six o'clock.
